The SR-BV1 is a dynamic broadcasting microphone with a cardioid pickup pattern, which favours sound arriving from the front of the capsule. It is built with a full metal housing and is described as having low self-noise and a wide-range frequency response, making it suited to speech and broadcast-style recording.
Connection is through a gold-plated XLR connector, so it works with any interface, mixer or preamp that offers a standard XLR microphone input. The microphone ships with the accessories needed to get started, so no separate mounting parts are required for basic use.
The product comes with a 2-year warranty. No further technical figures such as frequency range, impedance or sensitivity are given for this model.
