The Good Vibes is a mono analog modulation pedal that recreates the chorus and vibrato character of 1960s photocell-based units. A Chorus/Vibrato switch selects between a pure pitch-modulation vibrato and a lush, vibe-style chorus. Controls are kept simple: Volume sets output level, Intensity sets the depth of the modulation sweep, and Speed sets the modulation rate. An always-on Speed indicator shows the rate even when the effect is bypassed.
An expression jack accepts a TRS expression pedal or a 0-5V control voltage on a tip-sleeve connection. A switch assigns the connected source to either Speed or Intensity, so the sweep can be controlled by foot. Boosted internal power rails are used to give the circuit more headroom and definition than the vintage designs.
The pedal has a die-cast chassis, a true-bypass footswitch with an LED that lights when the effect is on, and standard quarter-inch input and output jacks. A 9.6VDC, 200mA power adapter is supplied and the unit draws 45mA.
