Beschreibung

The SR-BV3 is a dynamic microphone with a cardioid polar pattern, designed for podcasting and voice recording. It can be used digitally over USB-C or in an analogue chain over XLR, so the same microphone suits a computer setup or a mixer and interface.

Shaping the sound is handled with a touch panel on the microphone. A low-cut filter is available at 75 Hz or 150 Hz to reduce low-frequency rumble, and a high-frequency boost can be added for extra presence. The frequency response runs from 50 Hz to 16 kHz.

On the digital side the microphone works at 48 kHz or 96 kHz sample rates with 16-bit or 24-bit depth. It is specified with an 80 dB signal-to-noise ratio and a maximum sound pressure level of 132 dB SPL.
