The PPC212 is a sealed, straight-front 2×12 guitar cabinet intended to give the projection of a larger 4×12 in a more compact format. It is loaded with two 12-inch Celestion Vintage 30 speakers, which are described as having tight lows, prominent mids and smooth high-end detail, and which respond well to gain.

The enclosure is built from 18 mm birch plywood and fitted with skid runners, steel hardware and woven paper grille cloth. The skid runners couple the cab to the stage for extra bass response. Styling follows Orange's usual look, with basketweave grille cloth, vinyl wrap and picture-frame edging. It is offered in Orange or Black.

The cabinet is rated at 120 W (mono) with a 16 ohm impedance. Two parallel ¼" input jacks allow daisy-chaining to a second 16 ohm cabinet, giving a combined 8 ohm load. It is suggested as a match for Orange heads such as the Rockerverb 50 and Dual Terror.
