Beschreibung
The Mighty Bass 50BT combines a 6.5-inch full-range speaker with a Class D power amp in a compact cabinet. Its modeling engine provides three amp models, a set of bass cabinet impulse responses, compressors, drive and wah-type effects, modulation and four reverb types. Eight IR slots are left empty so that third-party impulse responses can be loaded through the Mighty Bass edit software.
A drum function and a 60-second phrase looper are included, and both can be triggered hands-free with the supplied NMP-2 dual footswitch. Bluetooth streams audio from a phone or tablet, and the free MightyAmp mobile app handles preset access, management and editing. Independent toggle switches decide whether the cabinet IR is applied to the amp output, the DI output, or both.
On the rear panel, a USB port serves as a recording interface and is also used for firmware updates and the edit software. A balanced DI output feeds an audio interface or PA system, and a footswitch jack takes the NMP-2. An auxiliary input is also listed in the specifications.
