The CX 15 is a passive two-way mid/high unit in a bass-reflex birch plywood cabinet. It pairs a 15" B&C neodymium cone driver (3.5" voice coil) with a 1.4" B&C neodymium compression driver (3" voice coil) on a rotatable constant-directivity horn. The crossover sits at 1.2 kHz with 24 dB/oct. slopes, and the unit handles 700 W RMS, 1400 W program and 2800 W peak, with a maximum peak SPL of 132 dB.
Its extended low-frequency response makes it usable for bass-heavy jobs such as drum fills, or as a discreet FoH system. It also fits frontfill, sidefill and large-stage monitoring. Left and right versions are available for building symmetrical monitor pairs. The cabinet has ten M10 rigging points, four integrated handles, a pole mount for the DuoTilt adapter, and 35° and 55° monitor angles.
Connections are two NL4 Speakon sockets for input and two for parallel output, with switchable pin assignment. DSP presets are provided for Lab.gruppen IPX and IPD series, Lake and Powersoft Armonia+ amplifier platforms.
