Concentro CCS 501.2

The CCS501.2 is the center-channel model of the Concentro 2.0 series, which is handcrafted in Kiel, Germany. It carries over the concentric driver approach of the larger Concentro S models in a compact enclosure intended for intimate listening rooms.

At its core is the JET 6 concentric driver, which places a folded ribbon tweeter together with a midrange driver so that their acoustic centres line up. The aim is coherent, fast and detailed sound with controlled dispersion and a natural soundstage. The midrange cone uses a crystal membrane geometry that raises stiffness and helps keep unwanted resonance under control.

The cabinet has a tapered shape, a floating stance and sculpted surfaces. The speaker is offered in White and Black variants, and a factsheet in English and German is available from the maker.
