The H9 is a closed, foldable over-ear headphone built around 40mm dynamic drivers with a titanium-coated composite diaphragm. Hybrid active noise cancellation is offered in several modes and is rated to reduce noise by up to 43 dB. A built-in microphone uses AI noise reduction to keep voices clear on hands-free calls.
Battery life is rated at about 45 hours with ANC on and about 75 hours with ANC off, measured with SBC decoding at 80% volume. A 10-minute charge gives roughly 10 hours of use. The ear cushions use a soft, skin-friendly material and the lightweight frame folds for travel.
Wireless playback uses Bluetooth 5.4 with AAC and SBC codecs, and multipoint lets the headphones stay connected to two devices at once, switching between music, video and calls. Wired listening over USB-C supports Hi-Res audio certification and extends the frequency response to 40kHz. The EDIFIER ConneX app adds preset and custom EQ, control personalisation, device renaming, prompt volume settings and a scheduled power-off.
